Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Instructional Coordinator to join our team in the real estate sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs that enhance the professional development of our real estate agents and staff. This role requires a keen understanding of real estate principles, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop instructional materials and programs tailored to the needs of real estate professionals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with industry standards and regulations.

2. Training Implementation:
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars that cover essential topics such as market analysis, property management, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Utilize various instructional methods and technologies to engage learners and enhance retention.

3. Assessment and Evaluation:
- Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learner comprehension.
- Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

4. Professional Development:
- Create ongoing professional development opportunities for staff, including mentorship programs and advanced training modules.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to ensure training programs remain relevant and impactful.

5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with management to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.
- Partner with external organizations and educational institutions to enhance training offerings.

6. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
- Prepare reports for management on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.

7. Technology Integration:
- Implement technology-based learning solutions, such as e-learning platforms and virtual training sessions, to reach a broader audience.
- Stay updated on the latest educational technologies and best practices in instructional design.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Real Estate, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in instructional design, training, or educational program development, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of real estate practices, regulations, and market dynamics in Dubai.
- Proven experience in developing training materials and conducting effective training sessions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
