Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Broker Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and a strong understanding of insurance policies and procedures. The Insurance Broker Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the insurance brokers in all aspects of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting insurance brokers in preparing and processing insurance policies
- Communicating with clients to gather necessary information for insurance applications
- Conducting research on insurance products and market trends
- Assisting in the preparation of insurance quotes and proposals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
- Providing administrative support to the insurance brokers as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
