We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Broker Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in the transportation and logistics industry and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist insurance brokers in managing client accounts and policies
- Prepare insurance quotes and proposals for clients
- Process insurance applications and renewals
- Communicate with clients and insurance companies to gather necessary information
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Assist with claims processing and follow-up
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Provide administrative support to the insurance brokers as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- At least 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in transportation and logistics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
