Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team in Al Ain. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients in the manufacturing industry regarding their insurance needs. You will work closely with clients to assess their risks and recommend appropriate insurance policies to protect their assets and mitigate potential financial losses.

Key responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough risk assessments for manufacturing clients
- Providing personalized insurance solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Negotiating with insurance providers to secure competitive rates and coverage for clients
- Assisting clients with claims processing and settlement when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience as an Insurance Broker
- Strong understanding of insurance products and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
