We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Broker to join our team in Al Ain, specializing in Aerospace and Defense insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and a deep understanding of the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies
- Negotiate with insurance carriers on behalf of clients to secure the best coverage at the most competitive rates
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with accurate and timely information
- Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- [7] years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and insurance industry software
