We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Operations Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of insurance operations within our manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement insurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage the insurance claims process, including investigating and resolving claims in a timely manner
- Analyze insurance data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate with insurance providers to negotiate terms and coverage options
- Train and mentor insurance operations staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure insurance needs are met across the organization
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to make recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
