Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Interior Architect to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that enhance the quality of life for residents and users. You will work on a variety of projects, from residential developments to commercial spaces, ensuring that each design reflects the vision and branding of our company while complying with local regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, translating these into design concepts.
- Develop comprehensive interior design plans, including space planning, materials selection, color schemes, lighting design, and furniture layouts.
- Create detailed drawings and 3D renderings using design software to present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions and sustainable practices into designs.
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines while managing multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations throughout the design and construction process.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to integrate interior design with overall architectural concepts.
- Assist in the selection and procurement of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with the design vision and budget.
- Participate in client presentations and meetings to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in interior architecture or design, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- A keen eye for detail, creativity, and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.
