Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Decorator to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. The Interior Decorator will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional spaces within our properties to attract potential buyers and increase property value.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and real estate agents to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop design concepts and mood boards for each property
- Source and select furniture, fixtures, and accessories to enhance the space
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for installation and delivery
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies
- Conduct site visits to assess the property and take measurements
- Present design proposals to clients and make revisions as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in interior decorating
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
