We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Inventory Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the management of inventory levels, tracking inventory movements, conducting inventory audits, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Track inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Update inventory records in the system and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist in conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
- Work closely with the procurement team to coordinate inventory replenishment.
- Assist in identifying slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate actions.
- Follow proper inventory control procedures to minimize loss and optimize warehouse space.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory management best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of inventory control best practices.
- Familiarity with the energy industry is a plus.
