We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory control, including tracking, ordering, and maintaining inventory levels to ensure smooth operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update inventory databases and systems to accurately track inventory levels and movements.
- Coordinate with various departments to forecast inventory needs and place orders accordingly.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and address any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement inventory management procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inventory items.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports for management review.
- Assist in the development of inventory budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in inventory management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
