We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Associate to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in the Pharmaceuticals industry. The Investment Associate will play a key role in conducting research, analyzing financial data, and supporting investment decisions for the company.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis on potential investment opportunities in the Pharmaceuticals sector
- Evaluate financial data, market trends, and industry dynamics to assess investment risks and opportunities
- Prepare investment memos, financial models, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor and track the performance of existing investments in the Pharmaceuticals portfolio
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investment decision-making processes
- Stay up-to-date on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the Pharmaceuticals industry
- Assist in due diligence processes, deal structuring, and negotiations with potential investment targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- [4-8] years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
