We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banker Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and investment banking, with a keen interest in the telecommunications sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Investment Bankers in conducting financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities in the telecommunications industry
- Prepare pitch decks, financial models, and investment memos for client presentations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the telecommunications sector
- Assist in managing client relationships and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Support the deal execution process, including coordinating with legal, compliance, and other teams to ensure smooth transaction flow
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by senior team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus
