We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT projects within the Real Estate industry and will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal team members, vendors, and external consultants
- Monitor project progress and performance, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management on a regular basis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the Real Estate industry
- PMP certification is preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills
