We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end users on a variety of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
- Assist with IT projects and upgrades, including software installations and system migrations
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including tracking hardware and software licenses
- Create and maintain IT documentation and user guides
- Assist with training sessions for staff on IT systems and applications
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and IT trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking concepts
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange Server, and virtualization technologies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
