We are seeking a skilled IT Support Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience providing technical support and assistance to end-users in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner
- Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed
- Monitor and maintain IT equipment and inventory
- Document IT processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
