We are currently seeking a Janitorial Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of construction sites, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust as needed
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
