We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Job Developer Assistant in the retail sector in Dubai. The Job Developer Assistant will work closely with the Job Developer to identify and secure job opportunities for job seekers within the retail industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Job Developer in researching potential job leads within the retail sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with key employers in the retail industry
- Coordinate job fairs and recruitment events to connect job seekers with potential employers
- Assist job seekers in preparing resumes, cover letters, and job applications
- Provide support to job seekers during the job search process, including interview preparation and job retention strategies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure successful job placements and support services for job seekers
- Track and report on job placement outcomes and program effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in job development, recruitment, or career counseling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the retail industry in Dubai
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with job seekers with diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Knowledge of local labor market trends and employment laws
