We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Job Developer Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a passion for helping individuals find meaningful employment opportunities in the tech industry.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Job Developers to identify potential job opportunities for clients in the Information Technology sector
- Assist in researching and compiling a database of IT companies in Dubai that are hiring
- Reach out to potential employers to promote our clients and their skills
- Coordinate interviews and job placements for clients
- Provide support to clients throughout the job search process, including resume writing and interview preparation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and job placements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the IT job market in Dubai
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
