Job Description:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Judge specializing in the field of Construction to join our team in Dubai. The Judge will preside over construction-related cases and disputes, applying legal principles and procedures to ensure fair and just outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preside over construction-related cases in a court of law
- Evaluate evidence, testimony, and legal arguments presented by both parties
- Interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, and contracts to make informed decisions
- Render judgments or decisions based on the facts of the case and applicable legal principles
- Manage court proceedings and ensure adherence to legal procedures and timelines
- Conduct hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings in a fair and impartial manner
- Issue written opinions or orders explaining the rationale behind decisions
- Collaborate with legal professionals, experts, and other stakeholders involved in construction disputes
- Stay current on legal developments, trends, and precedents in the field of construction law

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Bar in Dubai or another relevant jurisdiction

- Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying construction laws and regulations
- Strong analytical, research, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
