We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Judge to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the field of education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education law and a thorough understanding of the legal system in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Preside over education-related legal cases, including disputes between educational institutions, students, and faculty
- Interpret and apply laws and regulations pertaining to education in Dubai
- Conduct hearings, listen to testimonies, review evidence, and make fair and impartial decisions based on the law
- Write legal opinions and rulings on education-related cases
- Stay current on legal developments and trends in education law
- Collaborate with other legal professionals, educators, and government officials on matters related to education law
- Uphold the principles of justice, fairness, and integrity in all proceedings

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in Dubai
- [X] years of experience practicing law, with a focus on education law
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the legal system in Dubai and the UAE
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
