We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food production processes are carried out efficiently and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and food preparation workers
- Plan and organize production schedules to ensure timely delivery of food products
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing coaching and support to existing team members
- Enforce strict hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the production manager to develop new recipes and improve existing ones
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting
- Diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field is a plus
