We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Knowledge Management Manager to join our healthcare organization in Dubai. The Knowledge Management Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing knowledge management strategies to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement knowledge management policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Identify knowledge gaps within the organization and implement strategies to bridge those gaps
- Coordinate with various departments to gather, organize, and disseminate knowledge and information
- Implement knowledge sharing platforms and tools to facilitate collaboration and information exchange
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
- Train and mentor staff on knowledge management best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in knowledge management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management or a related field
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in knowledge management tools and software
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
