### Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Knowledge Management Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing knowledge management strategies and initiatives to enhance organizational learning, improve project delivery, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Knowledge Management Manager will play a key role in ensuring that knowledge is captured, shared, and utilized effectively across the organization.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and enhances performance in construction projects.
- Knowledge Capture & Sharing: Develop processes and tools for capturing and disseminating lessons learned, best practices, and innovative solutions across teams and projects.
- Database Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of a knowledge repository that includes project documents, case studies, technical guidelines, and other relevant resources.
- Training & Development: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and seminars to promote knowledge sharing and improve employee competencies in knowledge management tools and practices.
- Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging cross-functional teams to share knowledge and insights, thus improving project outcomes and operational efficiencies.
- Metrics & Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives, and prepare regular reports for senior management detailing progress and areas for improvement.
- Technology Utilization: Identify and implement appropriate knowledge management technologies and systems to facilitate effective information sharing and collaboration.
- Change Management: Support change management initiatives related to knowledge management practices, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes across the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in knowledge management, and continuously refine strategies to enhance organizational learning and performance.

### Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related field, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, practices, and tools.
- Experience in developing knowledge management frameworks and strategies.
- Proficiency in knowledge management software and collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction project management processes and methodologies is a plus.
