We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Knowledge Management Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As the Knowledge Management Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive knowledge management program for our Aerospace and Defense organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives
- Identify, capture, and organize critical knowledge assets within the organization
- Establish processes and procedures for knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments
- Work closely with subject matter experts to create and maintain a knowledge repository
- Implement tools and technologies to support knowledge management initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the knowledge management program and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide training and support to employees on knowledge management best practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
- [X] years of experience in knowledge management or a related field
- Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices
- Experience working in the Aerospace and Defense industry is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
