Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Knowledge Management Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies that enhance organizational learning, collaboration, and operational efficiency within the telecommunications sector. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives and goals.
- Design and manage knowledge-sharing platforms, including intranets, databases, and collaborative tools, to facilitate the effective sharing of information and best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop initiatives to capture, document, and disseminate critical knowledge.
- Foster a culture of knowledge sharing by conducting training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs to promote the value of knowledge management among employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to assess the impact of knowledge management practices on organizational performance and employee engagement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on knowledge management best practices, tools, and technologies, and stay abreast of industry trends and innovations.
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive repository of documents, project lessons learned, and other relevant knowledge assets.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the effective integration of knowledge management systems with existing technologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of knowledge management specialists, providing guidance and support to achieve program objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Telecommunications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge management, information management, or a related role within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing knowledge management strategies and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of knowledge management tools and technologies, including content management systems and collaborative platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams is a plus.
