We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Labor Relations Specialist Assistant to support our labor relations team in the construction industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in the UAE, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Labor Relations Specialist in managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions
- Conduct research on labor laws and regulations in the UAE and provide guidance to the team
- Assist in developing and implementing labor relations strategies and policies
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to address labor-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities and outcomes
- Provide administrative support to the labor relations team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in labor relations or a related field
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
