We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Lactation Consultant Assistant in our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting new mothers in their breastfeeding journey and providing them with the necessary guidance and assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lactation Consultant in conducting breastfeeding consultations and assessments for new mothers
- Provide education and support to new mothers on breastfeeding techniques, positioning, and latching
- Assist in the development of personalized breastfeeding plans for each mother based on her individual needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of consultations and progress
- Coordinate follow-up appointments and provide ongoing support to mothers as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and developments in lactation consulting practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
- Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) certification preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to supporting new mothers
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
