Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lactation Consultant Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Lactation Consultant Assistant in the Transportation and Logistics industry, you will play a vital role in supporting breastfeeding mothers and their families by providing education, guidance, and support.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Lactation Consultant in providing breastfeeding education and support to breastfeeding mothers.
- Conducting breastfeeding assessments and assisting with breastfeeding difficulties.
- Assisting with breast pump rentals and sales.
- Providing support and guidance to breastfeeding mothers returning to work or school.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records of client interactions.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for breastfeeding mothers and their infants.
- Participating in community outreach programs to promote breastfeeding education and support.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
- Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) certification preferred.
- At least 2-4 years of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in maternal and child health.
- Knowledge of breastfeeding techniques, breast pump use, and common breastfeeding challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
