We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Lactation Consultant Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lactation consulting and a desire to support new mothers in their breastfeeding journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lactation Consultant in providing breastfeeding education and support to new mothers
- Conduct initial assessments of breastfeeding mothers and babies
- Assist with breastfeeding techniques and troubleshooting for common issues
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of consultations and progress
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to new mothers
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for breastfeeding mothers and babies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Certified Lactation Consultant (CLC) or International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lactation consulting or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current breastfeeding guidelines and best practices
