We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Acquisition Manager to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring land for various transportation and logistics projects, as well as experience negotiating contracts and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire land for transportation and logistics projects in Dubai
- Conduct market research to identify potential land opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with landowners and other stakeholders
- Manage relationships with government officials, landowners, and other key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to land acquisition
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful implementation of land acquisitions
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize land acquisition processes and minimize costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in the transportation and logistics industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to land acquisition in Dubai
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring land for transportation and logistics projects
