We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Development Program Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a background in Information Technology and a proven track record of managing land development projects effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for land development projects in Sharjah
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges
- Manage project budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning laws throughout the development process
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff to achieve project goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
