Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Land Development Program Manager to lead and oversee our land development initiatives within the financial services sector in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, project management, and strategic planning, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of land development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including government agencies, contractors, and consultants, to facilitate seamless project execution.

2. Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial feasibility studies for land development projects, including cost estimation, funding analysis, and return on investment calculations.
- Prepare and present financial reports and project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

3. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that all land development activities comply with local laws, regulations, and zoning requirements in Sharjah.
- Liaise with governmental authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals for land development projects.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and policies that may impact land development initiatives.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community representatives, investors, and local government officials.
- Facilitate community engagement initiatives to gather feedback and address concerns related to land development projects.
- Represent the organization at public meetings, conferences, and industry events.

5. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development opportunities for team members.

6. Market Research and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the land development sector in Sharjah and the broader UAE market.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the organization’s land development capabilities and competitive position.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in land development, project management, or a related field within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience managing large-scale land development projects, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and budgeting.
- Knowledge of local regulations and zoning laws in Sharjah and the UAE.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach to project management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
