We are seeking an experienced Landscaping Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Landscaping Manager will be responsible for overseeing all landscaping projects for our telecommunications company, ensuring that our outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement landscaping plans for all outdoor areas, including office buildings, warehouses, and telecommunications towers.
- Manage a team of landscapers and gardeners, assigning tasks and ensuring that all work is completed on time and to high standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure landscaping materials, plants, and equipment.
- Monitor and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring that plants receive adequate water and nutrients.
- Conduct regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify areas in need of maintenance or improvement.
- Develop and manage landscaping budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that projects stay within budget constraints.
- Stay up-to-date on landscaping trends and best practices, implementing new techniques to improve the overall aesthetic of our outdoor spaces.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate landscaping projects with other ongoing construction or maintenance work.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in landscaping management.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local plant species and landscaping techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license.
