We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Landscaping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all landscaping operations within our retail properties.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing landscaping plans for retail properties, including plant selection, irrigation systems, and hardscaping features
- Managing a team of landscapers and ensuring all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Developing and managing budgets for landscaping projects
- Maintaining the overall appearance and health of all landscaping elements
- Monitoring and maintaining irrigation systems to ensure proper functioning
- Ensuring compliance with all local regulations and codes related to landscaping
- Collaborating with property managers and other stakeholders to address any landscaping issues or concerns
- Conducting regular inspections of landscaping areas to identify any maintenance needs
- Providing training and guidance to landscaping staff as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field
- [X] years of experience in landscaping management
- Strong knowledge of plant species, irrigation systems, and landscaping best practices
- Experience managing a team of landscapers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of local landscaping regulations and codes in Dubai
