We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Laundry Supervisor to join our healthcare facility in Dubai. The Laundry Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring that all linens and garments are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Inspect and maintain laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Oversee the sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storage of linens and garments
- Manage the distribution of clean linens to various departments within the healthcare facility
- Maintain accurate records of laundry services and expenses
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in laundry operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Laundry Supervisor or similar role in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of laundry operations and equipment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Certification in laundry management
