We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Laundry Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. As a Laundry Supervisor in the Education sector, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our laundry facility to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure that all laundry services are carried out in accordance with established procedures and standards
- Inspect laundry equipment and facilities regularly to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure continuous operation
- Implement and enforce proper safety and sanitation procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a clean, hygienic environment
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate laundry services for special events or emergencies
- Maintain accurate records of laundry services, including inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and staff performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a laundry facility
- Knowledge of laundry equipment and procedures
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to laundry operations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
