We are seeking a reliable and experienced Laundry Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Laundry Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the laundry facility, ensuring that all laundry services are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of laundry staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and support as needed
- Ensure that laundry services are carried out in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Inspect laundry items for quality control and ensure that they are properly cleaned and maintained
- Manage inventory and supplies, ordering new materials as needed and maintaining accurate records of stock levels
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of laundry equipment, coordinating with maintenance staff as necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the laundry facility
- Monitor and analyze laundry operations to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- [Random number] years of experience in a supervisory role in a laundry facility
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of laundry equipment and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
