We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laundry Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Dubai. The Laundry Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laundry department, ensuring that all laundry processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that all laundry equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and place orders as needed
- Inspect finished laundry to ensure quality standards are met
- Implement and enforce safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Develop and implement new procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the laundry department
- Maintain accurate records of laundry activities, including production levels, inventory levels, and staff schedules
- Handle employee relations issues, such as scheduling conflicts or performance concerns, in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or industrial laundry setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of laundry equipment and processes
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
