We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laundry Worker to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The Laundry Worker will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the laundry department within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and clothing items
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
- Inspect linens for stains and damages, and treat accordingly
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that all laundry is processed in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to infection control and safety policies and procedures
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred (up to 8 years)
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
