We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team in Dubai within the Pharmaceuticals industry. The Lead Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing and managing all carpentry projects within our facilities, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate a team of carpenters, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and execute carpentry projects
- Install and repair various fixtures, furniture, and structures within our facilities
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials necessary for carpentry work
- Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
- Train and mentor junior carpenters to develop their skills and knowledge in the field

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with at least 5 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
