We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team in Dubai. As the Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing all carpentry projects for our consumer goods company. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of carpenters and subcontractors to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards
- Plan and coordinate carpentry projects, including estimating materials and labor costs
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate and precise construction
- Install and repair various woodwork and fixtures, such as cabinets, furniture, and shelves
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete carpentry tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
