We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Carpenter to join our telecommunications team in Dubai. As the Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all carpentry projects related to the installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of carpenters and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure that all carpentry work meets the required specifications and standards
- Plan and organize the workflow for the carpentry team, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Inspect and assess the quality of work performed by carpenters to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Train and mentor junior carpenters to improve their skills and knowledge in telecommunications carpentry
- Collaborate with other departments to develop innovative solutions for complex carpentry projects
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and equipment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
- Certification in carpentry or relevant field is a plus
