We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Engineer Assistant to join our telecommunications team in Dubai. As the Lead Engineer Assistant, you will work closely with the Lead Engineer to support and assist in the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunications systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Engineer in planning and designing telecommunications systems, including network infrastructure, fiber optics, and wireless communication systems.
- Support the implementation of telecommunications projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues and improve system efficiency.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies to make recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with exposure to network infrastructure and wireless communication systems.
- Strong technical skills in telecommunications systems design, implementation, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software for network planning and design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
