We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our Real Estate team in Ajman. As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering projects within our properties, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all engineering projects within the real estate properties
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in engineering technology
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, owners, and regulatory agencies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
