We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the engineering team and leading the design and development of consumer goods products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design, development, and testing of consumer goods products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet quality standards and project timelines
- Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to streamline product development
- Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative solutions and technologies for product improvement
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on engineering projects
- Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- Proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects from concept to completion
