We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team in Dubai. The Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations within our retail store, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of technicians and provide guidance and support to ensure all technical tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment, systems, and devices within the retail store
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all technical equipment, including POS systems, security cameras, and lighting systems
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for more complex technical issues that require specialized expertise
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance of all technical systems
- Maintain accurate records of all technical maintenance activities and equipment inventory
- Train new technicians on proper procedures and safety protocols for handling technical equipment
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for upgrades and improvements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong knowledge of technical systems and equipment commonly used in retail stores
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of technicians
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external partners
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site service calls
