Job Description:
We are seeking a Legal Analyst to join our Education team in Dubai. As a Legal Analyst, you will be responsible for providing legal support and analysis for various educational initiatives and projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as provide legal advice on a wide range of issues related to the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on education laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to education programs and partnerships
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams on issues such as intellectual property, data protection, and student rights
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed on complex legal matters
- Stay up-to-date on changes in education laws and regulations that may impact the organization

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Licensed to practice law in Dubai or the UAE
- [Number] years of experience working as a legal analyst or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of education laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders
