We are seeking a talented and dedicated Legal Analyst to join our team in Dubai within the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal analysis, research, and compliance within the financial sector.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various financial regulations and laws in Dubai and internationally
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide legal support and advice to internal teams on a wide range of legal matters
- Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting the financial services sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- [X] years of experience in legal analysis, preferably within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws in Dubai and internationally
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
