Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Analyst to join our dynamic team specializing in the real estate sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of real estate law, and a passion for providing legal support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Legal Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on various real estate issues, including property transactions, leasing, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze case law, statutes, regulations, and legal articles to provide insightful recommendations to the legal team and stakeholders.

2. Document Review and Drafting:
- Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Draft legal documents, including leases, purchase agreements, and memoranda summarizing legal issues and recommendations.

3. Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor changes in relevant real estate laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE, ensuring that the organization remains compliant.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance documentation and reports for regulatory authorities.

4. Transaction Support:
- Provide legal support for real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and operations, to ensure all legal aspects of transactions are addressed.

5. Client Interaction:
- Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather information, clarify legal issues, and provide guidance on legal matters.
- Assist in resolving disputes and other legal issues that may arise during the course of real estate transactions.

6. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of legal research, analysis, and documentation related to real estate transactions.
- Assist in the development of internal policies and procedures to improve legal processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a legal analyst role, with a focus on real estate law.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate regulations and practices in Dubai and the UAE.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M) or additional certifications in real estate law.
- Experience working within a law firm or in-house legal department specializing in real estate.
