We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in Dubai within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing clinical social work services to individuals, families, and groups, with a focus on mental health and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for individuals with mental health concerns within the pharmaceutical industry
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address a range of emotional and behavioral issues
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Advocate for clients' needs and coordinate with external agencies to ensure access to necessary resources
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Stay current on best practices in clinical social work and participate in continuing education opportunities

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Dubai
- [Random] years of experience in clinical social work, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment modalities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
